Ahirrao Family

The Ahirrao family are also connections of the Bhonsala house, and Janoji, who was adopted by the widow of Raghuji 11, was member of it. Ahiloji Rao Ahirrao, who died in 1906, was Janoji’s brother, and was succeeded by his son Ramchandra Rao. His estate, consisting of four revenue-free and three other villages and yielding an income of Rs. 18,000, is now under the court of Wards.
